Olusola has worked on our team for over a year. She moved to Nottingham from Nigeria and she didn't know anyone. In the past year, Olusola has fully embraced her life and work in the UK and has been a very welcome addition to our team. She is not only a compassionate nurse who treats her patients with the utmost respect and kindness, but she also takes her job extremely seriously. As well as her commitment to her patients, Olusola always seeks to support her coworkers.

Our ward has faced a period of staff shortages but Olusola has consistently offered support to those who need it. Starting a new job in a new country hasn't always been easy for her, however, her smile and cheerful nature have never faltered. I admire all her achievements and I am proud to call her my friend and coworker.
