Omar was very kind and considerate to the patient and me. I am a staff member at the patient’s home facility, and I was beyond impressed by the attentive nature and empathy from our nurse. Not only did he give amazing care to his patients, but he also helped me feel supported, even though I am not Banner staff. Kindness, compassion, and a caring nature really go a long way in this industry. Omar was always smiling, checking on the patient’s needs as well as providing friendly conversation. I am very happy with the communication given every step of the way. Nurses like Omar are very special, and I’m very thankful for the kindness we received. Thank you so much!
