D: Ms. Bola demonstrated great clinical skills by knowing all the names of my medications, what time my next dose was, and what it was used for. Then she confirmed with me about my medications.

O: Ms. Bola knew that I loved to chew ice. So, without me calling her, she came in about every 4 hours with a fresh cup of ice. To me, this is outstanding customer service, and she never hesitated when I asked for something.

C: Very compassionate, she understood that I wanted to go home with my family. She stayed in my room for about 10 minutes, allowing me to talk to her about missing my family, and she understood, offering prayer as comfort.

T: Ms. Bola did so many things for me, including the Tech job. She never complained about anything and expressed that she works with the Tech and doctors to ensure that I get good care.

O: Ms. Bola took very good care of me.

R: Again, she never complained, always knocked and asked if it was OK in a low and respectful voice.

S: This goes back to compassion. She was very respectful, compassionate, caring, and went above and beyond.
