The 3 West Oncology Unit is filled with loving, strong, compassionate, highly skilled Nurses, Pharmacy, Health Unit Coordinators, Patient Care Associates, Monitor Techs, Environmental Techs, Chemo-Certified staff, Social Workers and leaders. This staff cares for the In-Patient patients and their families for very extended hospitalizations. This team, in partnership with Moffitt Malignant Hematology and Cellular Therapy (MHCT), provide the gentlest care and sometimes the most aggressive care. The entire team embraces the patient and their family. This team knows that cancer is a family crisis. This entire team is constantly recognized by the patients and their families.
