I would like to recognize Kim, Kelsie, and Spencer because they were very amazing in caring for my grandmother and my family. They were all very attentive to her care, good listeners, very empathetic, patient, and caring to her needs. It was a tough time, my grandmother was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer, and the fact that they were empathetic and attentive made our experience here better. Nurse Spencer always asked if we needed anything, and Nurse Adams always went the extra mile even when helping translate. Kim Morse was very sweet with my grandmother when helping her and built a great rapport with us.
