I was hospitalized due to a sudden gallbladder attack and an operation was needed. Due to a language barrier and the complexity of the hospital floor plan, my mom was not able to find me. Ony offered to pick up my mom from the parking lot so she could come and visit me. Ony demonstrated going above and beyond on this unplanned emergency.
