We had the honor of presenting the May 2023 DAISY Team Award to Cardiology Outpatient Department. The nomination letters were written by their colleagues and patient.

They wrote about the cardiology team and that all of them had good communication skills, and were professional, respectful, kind, approachable, and dedicated to their work. And also they make sure that their patients feel supported, comfortable, satisfied, and happy during their hospital visits to the clinic. Every staff in Cardiology Department was very tolerant and had great empathy with patients. Everyone took their time. No one was rushed. All were kind and nonjudgmental.
