Orion consistently provides exemplary nursing care to each of her patients, as well as other patients in the unit when she is charge. She is always able to calmly, quickly, and efficiently assess a situation and jump right into appropriate actions, which are frequently life-saving measures. She is a great resource to her fellow nurses, doctors, and staff. A recent situation in the MRICU that show these qualities, is in a 7-patient section there were 4 patients with life-threatening situations in a matter of hours, and she was immediately available to help with each one. Her attitude remained positive and her quick, calm intelligent interventions aided in the saving of each of these patients' lives, she is an extraordinary role model to all of us.
