I am currently inpatient, and I would like to bring to your attention Nurse Orlyn. Orlyn is always very helpful and professional. She has a positive attitude and carries a warm smile. She is not afraid of leaving the nurse's station to assist or even run a group. I appreciate her wide spectrum of knowledge and "can do" motivation; she is a resource for solutions.
I spoke with Orlyn concerning my wedding anniversary the next day. My husband was coming to visit, and I had asked her if I could see nutrition; I wanted to if it was possible to have (2) desserts so my husband and I could have some sort of celebration, despite circumstances. Orlyn made several appropriate phone calls to ensure this could be accomplished. She told me, "Happy Anniversary" the next day, checked on me when I was waiting for my husband (he was a little late), and asked how our visit went the next day. Everything she did was very caring and kind of above and beyond. Orlyn's depth of knowledge and drive to care for patients is exceptional.
