First, let me start by saying this person shows great promise as a new graduate nurse. Not only is she quick and efficient, but she also has the ability to adjust in any situation. She is calm, caring, and thorough. She will make sure the patients are taken care of. She puts the needs of everyone else before her own.

Not only will she stop what she is doing and help, but she also believes that no job is too big or small. She is what I strive to be when I become a nurse. The remarkable care and compliments do not begin to explain the level of greatness that is bestowed upon her.

You think that she is a good nurse now; I promise you the way that she is going to keep showing up is only going to get better. She is talented, she is punctual, and she is a team player. She does not look for recognition, and she does not perform. She is an example of what we stand for in our field.
