Oscar has been a vital part of 7SA/4SE since 2013. He came to us with some excellent nursing experience and continues to be a role model for other nurses on the unit.
He is always a team player - flexible with his assignment and helpful even when not asked.
Oscar is a "call light ninja" and often helps with other nurses' patients. Patients are complimentary of him and say that they always get what they need and appreciate his quiet demeanor.
He is also an excellent charge nurse on the night shift. He is an asset to 7SA and especially the night shift!
What would we do without Oscar?!?!
