Oscar is not only an amazing manager, but he is also a huge team player. Oscar stands out in so many ways. He is very approachable and never makes you feel bad about coming to him for anything including help. Oscar also helps out on the floor when needed whether it's starting IVs, ports, or just helping out with patient care. 5 Center is truly a family-based atmosphere. This stems from the leader who leads by example. In my opinion, it's the best unit to work on. With such great leadership comes great patient care.
