I was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. Otto was on duty when I was first admitted. He is one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. He always seemed to anticipate my needs ahead of time, including insuring I got extra pain meds prior to an MRI with contrast. He tried to get to know a little bit about me so that he could comfort and encourage me when I was feeling down and discouraged. No matter how busy he was, he always took time to stick his head in and say "you doing OK?" I truly believe Otto is here because he wants to be. He loves his work and is a great example for all the other nurses!
