My mother-in-law doesn’t speak English. I saw Oumaima come to her room and made sure my mother-in-law understood what she said and utilized a translator when she needed it for communication. She followed all the protocols. Oumaima was very empathetic, compassionate, and understanding. She is an excellent asset to Jefferson. Oumaima updated everyone in the family and advocated for my mother-in-law. I know she can be challenging at times. However, Oumaima gave excellent care and made sure she was clean. I could smell how fresh and clean my mother-in-law was when I visited her. Oumaima was a motivator and a hero! Thank you for everything you did for my mother-in-law and our family.
