The Baby Care Room is a Quality Improvement (QI) initiative developed by the Outpatient Department (OPD) to further enhance the patient and family experience by providing a dedicated, private, and welcoming space where mothers and caregivers can comfortably attend to their infants' needs during their hospital visit.
Designed with comfort, privacy, and convenience in mind, the Baby Care Room offers a clean, safe, and family-friendly environment equipped with comfortable seating, private breastfeeding areas, and hygienic diaper-changing facilities. This initiative also reinforces the importance of family-centered care by creating an environment that meets the unique needs of families with young children.
By enriching the healthcare environment with thoughtful amenities that support mothers, infants, and caregivers, this initiative contributes to greater patient comfort, enhanced family satisfaction, and an overall positive healthcare experience.
As part of the OPD Quality Improvement Project, the Baby Care Room reflects Prince Sultan Cardiac Center's unwavering commitment to patient-centered care, innovation, and service excellence.
