I was scheduled for a procedure. First, I would like to say that all of the nursing staff that I came in contact with were courteous and professional. I would like to point out that my discharge nurse was very helpful, kind, and caring. When I awoke from surgery in the recovery area, Toky was there to assist me and help me wake. She was patient and courteous. After I awoke, I found that I had received a catheter and foley bag as a going-home gift. Toky gave me instructions about the catheter and bag and then helped me get dressed into my clothes. In my condition, I did not feel embarrassed; I could only feel the kind and caring help that Toky provided. I was grateful that she was there to assist me. I could not have asked for a more kind, professional, and caring nurse than Toky. I wish to thank her again for her help. Thank you, Toky!
