Our family was dealing with such a devastating situation, and Ozhene went above and beyond for our loved one and for us all. She took the time to make sure our loved one was as comfortable as possible. She explained every medication she was giving, talked with us, and broke things down so we understood. She was the only nurse we had that took the time to explain any questions we had. Her heart is so pure, and she is hands down the best nurse I’ve ever dealt with. She was so kind, very compassionate, and so knowledgeable. We will never ever forget her kindness during our most difficult time.
