Ozioma was very gentle and patient with my 95-year-old mom. Her response to the nurse call button was immediate. She was always pleasant and took extra time to make sure Mom was comfortable. All staff members were wonderful but Ozioma was special. Ozioma was also concerned about me. She always asked if I needed anything and she was very attentive.
