I was brought by ambulance and in severe pain and scared, waiting to have spinal surgery. From the second Paige met me, she was honest, upfront, truthful, and genuinely made me feel cared about as a person. During my stay, my surgery was postponed, and I received many conflicting directions from outside the unit, but Paige always regained control of the facts, improved the lines of communication, and advocated for me to make sure I was safe and properly cared for. She made my mother and I feel like family. Paige gave us care, comfort, and guidance, always kept her word, and always came back for me when others never followed up. Paige educated us on how to take control of my care, surgery, and recovery. She is intelligent, caring, hardworking, kind and giving. Paige, you are a blessing and an inspiration. Thank you!
