Paige Kratzke, RN

I brought my mother to the ER on a very busy Monday morning. After being triaged, my mom was put in a treatment room and that is when Paige took over her care. From the moment she began, we could both tell we were in good hands. She met my mom at her level. She is 91 yrs old and has COPD. She was having a difficult time breathing and had a fever. Paige made her feel like she was the only patient she had to care for. She took care of every need and her personality and bedside manner were great. I asked Paige how long she had been a nurse and was surprised that she was not a seasoned nurse. She is an asset to this hospital as she goes above and beyond the average nurse.

Wow, Wow, Wow! Your team got very lucky when you hired Paige. Paige is so caring, kind, and professional. What stood out was her attention to detail, asking questions of the patient, and taking the time to make sure the caregiver was cared for as well. Paige is also a team player. Asking what she could do to help her co-workers! You just don't see these qualities anymore. Take care of her, she is one in a million!
