There is not one specific incident I can talk about because every day Paige Schmerber works she is an amazing team player. She is always extremely upbeat and positive and always willing to lend a hand. There hasn't been a single day that I have worked with her that she didn't have a smile on her face. Her patients always have such wonderful things to say about her and I feel that they are blessed to have her just as we are blessed to have her as a part of our MICU team. She is very sincere in her words and actions. Never have I heard a single complaint come from her mouth, even on the busiest days. I really can't speak enough wonderful words about Paige. The world needs more eager nurses exactly like Paige! She is one in a million.
