We met Paige in the Unit 3C Intermediate Care as she cared for our child following a spinal fusion surgery. Paige was intelligent, professional, and compassionate. My wife is a nurse and naturally had a wide range of specific medical questions. Paige responded to each without hesitation and with a level of confidence that proved she was smart and experienced. We were lucky to have her caring for our child.

What we were most impressed with was her compassion for our child. She seemed to treat A like it was her little sister laying there. She was constantly checking on A and adjusting (or getting) something to make her more comfortable. She spoke to A like they had known each other their whole lives - "How's that sister? Is that better girlfriend? How you doing girlfriend?" Paige set the bar so high that no other nurse measured up to her level of care while at ACH. I only wish this form allowed more than 1,000 characters so I could brag on her more! Thank you Paige!
