Paige was nominated for the DAISY Award by one of the families she cared for as they welcomed a new baby:
“My husband and I would like to thank Paige for the kindness, care, and love she showed us while we were in the hospital having our baby boy. I know nurses have a special heart, but I don’t think any others have one that compares to Paige’s."
The couple described how Paige helped them through the whole delivery process: “She made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Her generosity and compassion for her patients are unmatched. Still, today, when I see Paige out and about, she knows exactly who I am and asks about our baby. Not only did Paige make us feel like we were so special, but she also made us feel like family!”
