During my mom's stay, all the nurses, assistants and other staff have been extremely helpful and understanding of our needs and situation. Regardless of the hour or need, the team responded quickly and professionally at all times. They are all worth their weight in gold. I cannot forget the assistants, who cleaned, turned, pulled her up, and showed her nothing but compassion, love and understanding.
All of the Nurses and NA's were exceptional! Our care has been extremely satisfactory. From the night we came in through discharge was very pleasant. The healthcare staff on the 5th floor is to be commended for creating a comfortable, personal, and professional atmosphere. No one appeared too busy to listen to patient and family questions. Each question was answered thoroughly and with confidence. Please see that the Palliative Care Team is commended for a job well done.
