Paloma went above and beyond to care for my grandpa. It means a lot as this is the end of his life. Paloma was very efficient and kept us updated during the long waits to remind us that we were not forgotten. Her efficiency and calm demeanor relaxed both my grandpa and me during a difficult time. Her energy exuded a calm and compassionate atmosphere that really eased my anxieties. For that, I cannot thank both her and Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center enough for hiring her.
