There are too many situations to even recall, but what I can say is that Pam goes above and beyond with every patient. She has been put in difficult situations like when a patient threatened to kill his two bosses, and Pam calmly and with compassion kept him on the phone until I got there. Or when a young service member was in a tragic accident and Pam came in to make sure he was taken care of on her days off. Pam always goes above and beyond with her patients and she is compassionate and truly cares! It has been an honor and pleasure working with her!
