Pam and I were treating a sick patient. Having a hard time with colonoscopy, Pam held her hand the entire procedure. She reassured patient that she would stand by her. At one point patient giggled and Pam said, "You're smiling right now makes me so happy". Pam was very professional, skilled, dedicated while keeping patient comfortable during a tough and painful procedure.
