The COVID-19 pandemic presented nursing leaders with challenges one could have never imagined nor prepared for. However, despite all odds, Pam continued to cultivate a climate of teamwork, gratitude, and positivity. She realized just how challenging working in healthcare had become, how everyone’s lives had been turned upside down but continued to show up for her team each day.
