Pam Grote, LPN

I was admitted on the evening shift after spending 10 hours in the ED. I was scared, uncomfortable, and sick. Pam greeted me when she entered my room, she had everything ready to make the room inviting and immediately did everything she could to ease my pain and calm my nerves. She had a calm, supportive nature. I felt like I was wrapped in a warm, supportive, and caring hug. I know the floor was busy, but Pam made me feel like a priority. She is genuine, warm, knowledgeable, and skilled. I felt safe in her care. I can’t find the words to truly explain my gratitude for the care she provided. She is everything a nurse is meant to be. She is a role model for nursing care. A heartfelt thank you to Pam.
