Pam Hanselman, RN

Pam is an amazing nurse. Every day, she comes to work with a great attitude and gives 100%. She is a great patient advocate, caregiver, and friend. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable all at the same time. She never cuts corners. She is persistent and determined to do the best job she can for both her patients and her coworkers. She goes the extra mile. She truly enjoys her work, which is obvious as you watch her interact with patients, families, and staff members. She knows just the right thing to say to make her patients feel comfortable. Pam consistently displays and meets all of the criteria for the DAISY Award. She doesn’t do just one great thing to earn recognition - her actions are displayed on a daily basis, year after year. That’s what makes her such a great nurse and role model.
