Pam Heatherdale, RN

Pam was so amazing to us and my mother when she was admitted to the hospital. My mom has dementia, and she was so loving and patient with her, checking on her and my family frequently, and was very helpful and patient with my mom. She made sure that my mom was comfortable. She listened to all of our questions and concerns, and my mom responded well to her. All of the staff was wonderful!! Pam was wonderful, remained professional, kind, compassionate, and helpful, and did her best to meet my mother's needs. She has Alzheimer's and was not sure what was going on.
