Commendations and an endless appreciation for my nurse Pam Horton who has made post-surgery a bearable experience! Both patient and family members have been cared for with respect and care. From bringing endless cups of ice and leading my sister to the snack machine rather than just giving directions; to giving personal care and attention to her patient resulting in anxiety being eased and good outcomes being anticipated, Pam promoted a positive attitude. Just from what I can see, I would bet she does this with all patients. Thank you, Ms. Pam. You indeed excel in your field.
