My mother-in-law came in for a routine surgery and had to stay overnight for observation. During the night some of her vitals dropped and Pam stayed past the end of her shift to make sure Mom was fine. Once her vitals leveled out Pam was getting ready to leave and realized my father-in-law had not eaten all that day and the cafeteria was closed for the night. She left and came back with Wendy's for him. The week that Mom was in the hospital Pam answered every question we had. She took time to thoroughly explain everything she was doing. Not only was her caring nature essential to Mom's recovery but she also helped us (as the family). I don't think that we can ever put into words how much Pam will always mean to this family. We cannot brag on her enough. Pam will always hold a huge place in our hearts, not only for helping to save our Mama but also for helping us understand what was going on and how to help Mom finish recovering at home. Pam is the best nurse Mom has ever had.
