I nominate Pam Peck for doing an outstanding job on explaining about dialysis and PD ( peritoneal dialysis). She took the time to answering all our questions. The 14th of October was our 37th anniversary. Pam and all the staff on the cardiac telemetry unit fixed the room up with balloon, ribbons and a card signed by everyone on the floor. While my husband was having surgery, the staff and Pam went out of their way to help make a bad situation into a blessing. Pam will never know how much this meant to us. What a Blessing the whole nursing staff has been to our family.

Pam is a former ICU nurse and used to work in a dialysis center prior to coming to WellStar Douglas. She is a great wealth of knowledge to our dialysis patients. We are blessed to have her working with us.
