Pam exemplifies Mercy's core values and Mercy's mission. She is a true believer in the work of Jesus and demonstrates this in her caring nature towards her patients. She is calm and nurturing to her patients who are recovering from surgery prior to them going home. She speaks to them in a caring way that comforts them as they awaken. She is always professional with patients and family. She tends to their physical and emotional needs prior to their leaving our facility.
