From the outset, Pam showed grace, compassion and true concern for me. She had to administer a most unpleasant procedure - which was successful - but she never waivered in her concern for me. She would often say "It's okay, I do this all the time". Anything to put me at ease and relieve my stress, while her tasks were very difficult. Pam never failed to explain why certain things were being done, what they entailed, and what I could expect. Again compassion, grace and concern. Wheaton is blessed to have Pam Ruge on staff, even my physician described her as "A1".
