Pamela has been my role model since I began working here two years ago. She continuously demonstrates professionalism and dignity while giving holistic and individualized care to her patients. She is the very essence of a team player, which she daily demonstrates by assisting her co-workers and stepping up to difficult situations avoided by others. She exemplifies all of St. Joseph Hospital values and mission, advocates for her patients and greatly deserves the DAISY Award.
