As a veteran who served in the Army, I have faced a number of health challenges since my discharge. One of the most significant issues I struggle with is severe hospital anxiety, which at times has been so overwhelming that I've had to leave against medical advice. While I haven't known Pam Ponder for long, I can say without hesitation that she is an outstanding nurse who is clearly in the right profession. Her bedside manner is exemplary and should serve as a model for the hospital's standard of care. Pam is not only professional and skilled, but she also has a unique ability to put patients at ease. She maintains a calm, reassuring presence and genuinely makes you feel as though she cares about your well-being. Her friendly demeanor and compassionate approach truly set her apart, and I consider myself fortunate to have been in her care.
