Nurse Pam has an instant caring personality. She showed compassion and honesty to my mom and family. Mom is elderly and has unknown issues. Pam explains every result, test, and medication patiently until we all understand. She was always willing to answer any and all questions. If she did not have the answer you bet she would find it in a timely manner. Upon discharge, Pam was extra concerned. She reached out to the doctor, and her concerns were heard. They are re-checking mom's blood count before discharge. Pam took the extra time to explain each and every medication - if they were sent in and answered all out questions and concerns. Some people were made for this job. Nurse Pam is one of those people. Her warm presence, gentle touch, empathy, sympathy, compassion, and kind soul are just a few of her gifts. She deserves this recognition and more. We could never thank her enough. A true GEM.
