Pam has taken the lead with our Multidisciplinary Pain Management Work Group to ensure the best pain management and positive outcomes for our patients. She has worked diligently with our physicians and our corporate office to develop policies, procedures and protocols to allow our nurses to titrate medications in the recovery room, as well as to verify competency of our staff to perform this function. She is always working towards patient safety and comfort, and is always great at the bedside!
