From the very beginning, I want to share that my entire stay was truly amazing. Every nurse I encountered was kind, attentive, and made a difference in my experience. I am so grateful for the care my family and I received, which is why I want to recognize Ms. Pam with the deepest level of appreciation.

When Ms. Pam began her shift, I was experiencing intense pain and discomfort following my surgery. From our very first interaction, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that immediately put me at ease. She didn’t rush. She took the time to sit with me, listen to my concerns, and truly understand what I was feeling before taking action.

That level of attentiveness made me feel seen, heard, and cared for in a way that meant everything during that moment. Although I had been offered help with my baby before and had wonderful experiences with other nurses, there was something special about Ms. Pam. When she gently encouraged me to take a walk and reassured me that she would care for my baby, I trusted her without hesitation.

There was an instant comfort with her that felt natural, like being cared for by family. Throughout her shift, Ms. Pam supported me emotionally, physically, and mentally. She brought comfort during one of my most vulnerable times and made sure I felt safe, supported, and understood. Her presence alone made a meaningful difference, and her care elevated an already positive experience into something I will always cherish.
