On a recent shift, I had two contact patients, one that was rule out for tuberculosis and the other was COVID positive on an insulin drip. Needless to say, it was a very busy day. Pam, like always, went above and beyond to help me. She even gave me a break and administered my medications.

Ever since I started working in MRICU, Pam has been extremely supportive and helpful. I never stress coming to work when Pam is in charge. Being a new grad is difficult, but Pam made this process easy and worthwhile. She always makes sure I, along with everyone else, have the resources and support we need to be successful. Like how we tell patients they are in good hands here at VCU, I feel I am in good hands when my charge nurse is Pamela Falls!
