Pam was an exceptional, friendly, competent, cheerful, and professional nurse during my stay in the ER. This nurse goes above and beyond for her patients and is always willing to help in a time of need. She is also a plethora of knowledge. She treats people with respect. She took care of my dad and made him laugh. She is funny and smart.
