My son and I met Pam about 5 times at North 5; each time, he remembered me, and I was always there to lend him a helping hand. When he was at his worst, she always made sure to check in with him each time she worked, always with a kind word and encouragement on very bad, depressing days. When he would spend time in bed, she encouraged him to attend and seek out the AA program, where he met his first sponsor after a visit to AA and North 5. You should feel very proud of your staff. They are wonderful people. I just hope you will consider Pam for this award. Pam always goes above and beyond at her job. She especially tried to bring hope back to my son. From North 5 this last time to Spring Hill Recovery. For now, he is clean and not drinking. Alcoholism is a terrible disease, and with Pam's help, for today, he is sober. Thank you.
