Pam greeted us as we arrived at the ED, she was quick to respond to our needs plus she was warm and compassionate in our interaction. She needed to move my husband to another room in the ED but rather than move us to another nurse she kept us to maintain consistency. We were so impressed with her level of professionalism. She took away the fear we were experiencing upon check-in and kept our spirits high. We feel that Pam epitomizes the ideal nurse!
