Pam was my nurse for the majority of my stay at this hospital. I have been stuck here with COVID for 4 nights, 5 days, and counting…I think. I have lost count, to be honest. All I know is when this nurse walked in I already felt some relief just seeing her because I knew I was in good hands. She was very sweet and attentive. She went above and beyond. She even went and bought me a Starbucks coffee to help me for more than one reason. She didn’t have to do that but she did and it made me feel so much better. She is amazing and needs to be recognized and appreciated for what she does for patients. Especially when we are feeling helpless. She took the time even though I know she was very busy she didn’t make me feel like she didn’t have the time or that she was even stressed. ANGEL!
