Pamela was very nice, easy to understand, and explained every little thing she was going to do. She helped us with our stay even though we were not expecting to stay overnight. When called she was there with no hesitation. She is also very friendly with a smile on her face every time we saw her in the halls and when she walked into the room. She made my daughter smile and kept her at ease. Very helpful, cheerful, respectful, and caring. Thank you for your hospitality.
