Pam always has a smile on her face. Every single time you see her she is friendly and smiling. She is great with her patients and always takes time for them. I took a patient up on the floor one night and Pam was in a patient room talking with an elderly patient, they were scared, and she stayed and talked with them. She never acted like she was in a hurry or in a rush to leave, she was still there when I left the floor. She is probably one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met and I'm so glad to be one of her co-workers. She is the type of person that makes you want to be a better nurse and person in general.
