A current patient has been at Reid for an extensive stay. He does not speak English and has dementia. Pam personally ensures this patient has a shower and brushes his teeth every day. She also makes sure his glasses are updated. Additionally, she allows him to spend time in her office so he is not lonely. This demonstrates outstanding compassion and excellent patient care.
