In March, due to surgical complications, I needed to have my incision packed with gauze. Unfortunately, I was unable to do it myself and I had no one to do it for me. Upon hearing this, Pam offered to come to my home and do it-at no charge! Over Easter I had gone to St. Paul and Pam said if I needed someone to help me she would contact her sister who lived in a suburb of St. Paul to arrange help. (Thankfully by this time I no longer needed help.) I feel Pam went above and beyond to help me.
